We currently ship to all Emirates within the United Arab Emirates via Emirates Post.

Shipping Fees

A flat rate of AED 40 applies to all orders below AED 800 for delivery in Dubai

A flat rate of AED 50 applies to all orders below AED 800 for delivery any where else in the UAE

Delivery Attempts

Emirates Post will make up to two delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, your parcel may be held at the nearest Emirates Post branch for pickup.
Delays and Exceptions
While we work closely with Emirates Post to ensure prompt delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or high-demand periods. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the personalised and made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed and production has begun.
We encourage customers to review all details carefully before placing an order, including spelling, dates, names, themes and product choices.
However, if your order arrives damaged or contains an error that is the result of our production process, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly, which may include a replacement or credit where appropriate.
